Active Adults

Are you an active adult (age 55 or over)? Do you enjoy spending social time with your peers? Then this is the group for you! Members of the YMCA Active Adults group participate in regular wellness programs such as aquasize, yoga and seated t’ai chi. As a club, members hold a social meeting once per month to catch up on what is new with each other and with the Y. Also as a group, the Active Adults plan luncheons, picnics and volunteer opportunities.
